Clubs

The Bendigo Car Club was founded at a meeting in Bendigo by a group of people interested in motor sport, late in 1951.  For the next two years, regular low-key sporting events were conducted in the local area.  In 1953, negotiations were conducted with the Light Car Club of Australia, and subsequently the Bendigo Car Club was accepted as a branch, with full rights and privileges of the foremost motor sports club in Australia.

CCC is a long standing rallying based car club and have successful competitors competing at Club / State and National levels. All ready to offer newcomers help and advice to get the most from car and driver. Monthly meetings are held in Berwick and the club annually hosts a Australian Rally Championship round and a Victorian Club Autocross Series round both very successful and offering the newcomer plenty of chances to official and be involved prior to competing if desired.

The Kyneton Car Club Inc. was formed on July 12th, 1957, with the first meetings of the club being held in the Mechanics Institute Hall, which is now the Kyneton Library. Six enthusiastic members attended. The current membership, being passionate  for all motorsport, competes in and attends a variety of motorsport events as a club—autocross, rallying, bitumen and multi-club invitational events. In 1984 Kyneton Car Club finally found a place to call home, and was given the use of land at Rollinson Reserve, 180 Redesdale Road, Kyneton.

Melton Motor Sports Club has a well established history in the victorian rally scene dating back to the early 70's. After almost disapeering in the 90's MMSC is again growing, taking part in VCAS, Rally Drifting and Circuit evemts.

In February 1972 Steve Cornwall and John Carney were working together when the idea of forming a car club came up.
John explained, 'we went over to Mike Frawley's garage on our tea break and discussed the idea with him. Steve was in favour of a social/hotrod type club whereas I wanted a club where I could drive as fast as I could. Mike's mechanic, John Street, then offered us the use of his home for our first meeting. Funny thing was, John Street was the only person at that first meeting that didn't join'.

SEAC is the premier motor sports club in the SE of SA. Located in Mount Gambier, we regularly conduct Trials, Motorkhana, Khanacross, Autocross and other events up to Australian Championship level. The club has a strong membership, and owns its own private Autocross track which is regularly used for competition and training days. SEAC welcomes new members from any discipline of motor sport or simply those interested in becoming involved in the club in any capacity.
